ADJUSTING BOOST LEVELS

Video showing how you can adjust the boost level of the Aerocharger Turbo. This video goes through the process with a 53 Series turbo, but the same process is used with the larger 66 Series.

Produced by Aerocharger.

Checking/Filling the oil in your turbo

First, remove the drain plug, clean the threads with a high pressure cleaning spray to remove all oil and old Loc-tite.
Note: A Q-tip may be handy to clean the female threads.

The 53 Series turbo holds one bottle (2 oz) of oil in the reservoir.

If your turbo is mounted in the vertical position, the oil level should be between 3/4" to 1" deep.
Note: Use a small zip tie to record oil depth.

If your turbo is mounted in the horizontal position, the oil should be level with the threads.

The 66 Series turbo holds 2 bottles (4 oz) of oil in the reservoir.

If your turbo is mounted in the vertical position, the oil level should be between 1" to 11/4" deep.
Note: Use a small zip tie to record oil depth.

If your turbo is mounted in the horizontal position, the oil should be level with the threads.
